The Christian Advantage seeks to provide a safe place for Christian business leaders to “think out loud.” They provide continuing education, peer counsel, and accountability for business leaders through monthly roundtables and individual mentorship training sessions. Business leaders and influencers often don’t have a space to share challenges, especially when trying to live counter to the current culture. The Christian Advantage wants to provide that healthy, God-honoring space to encourage biblical leadership and living a Spirit-led life in every aspect of our lives.
The Christian Advantage challenges Christian leaders to be more intentional in leading others to serve God. They know that leaders who incorporate Christ into their priorities, business strategies, and decision making are able to influence those around them and share the hope of Christ more effectively. The advantage to being a Christian in business is the opportunity to lead as Christ, by showing our weakness and highlighting God’s strengths.
